The service
Cla64.ai offers software engineering interview practice: practice sessions on coding exercises, with an AI interviewer and written feedback. Some exercises are free. Premium exercises need a session pack.
Session packs
Session packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews and there are no subscriptions. Each session pack is valid for one month from the date of purchase. Sessions that are not used within that month expire.
Payments
Payments are taken and processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which handles tax and invoicing for each sale. The price you see is the price you pay, in the currency shown at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account. Please don't share your account or use the service to attack other people's systems or to break the law.
Our content and your work
The exercises, interviewer prompts and feedback belong to Cla64.ai. The code you write during a session belongs to you.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session pack concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
