Refund policy

When you can get a refund

You can request a full refund of a session pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have not used any session from that pack.

When a refund isn't available

• After 14 days from the date of purchase.
• After any session from the pack has been used. Unused sessions from a pack that has already been used are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email contact@cla64.ai from the address on your account, with the date of purchase. We will reply and, if the request is eligible, refund the full amount you paid.

Where the money goes

Refunds are sent by Polar to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your card or bank. When a refund is made, the sessions from that pack end immediately.
